Ingredients
- 340 shredded cooked chicken (12 ounces)

- 60 g pine nuts, or walnuts (1/4 cup)
- 120 g mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
- 2 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste. If the mayonnaise is salty then skip the salt.

- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced celery, chopped green onions, dried cranberries, and toasted pine nuts.
