Ingredients
- 6-8 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3-4 cups/300g blended pretzels or salt sticks
Instructions
- Blend the pretzels or salt sticks in a food processor.
- In a separate bowl beat 2 eggs, add mustard, honey and mix all together.
- Take one sliced chicken breast, dip it into the egg mixture.
- After that dip the chicken into the blended pretzel mixture and fry the chicken breast 5-8 minutes until golden on both sides.
- Serve with salad, couscous or potatoes.
