  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 25 g Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Wash the kale thoroughly and dry it completely using a salad spinner or by patting it with paper towels. Remove the tough stems and tear the kale leaves into bite-sized pieces.
  • Place the kale pieces in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and toss again to distribute the seasoning.
  • Spread the kale pieces in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure the pieces are not overlapping to ensure even baking. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the kale is crispy and the edges are slightly browned. Keep an eye on the chips during the last few minutes to prevent burning.
